Chastity listened to, and understood, my concerns and addressed them all, while treating me as an intelligent and important customer. She helped demystify the excessive internet research I had done and directed me toward products that I wanted with the features and fit she knew I needed. I never felt pressured to purchase a more expensive item or settle for a cheaper option. I never felt rushed or ignored.
I had the opportunity to chat with other customers in the store and enjoyed hearing about and learning from their motorcycle experience.
The store itself is not huge, but they have used the space well to stock and display an excellent range of motorcycle gear. It is packed with merchandise and is clean, well organized and well lit. Overall an inviting experience. If you can't find it in the store, they are happy to help order it online.
I finally purchased a Scorpion EXO R710 helmet and a pair of BiLT Iron Workers Steel motorcycle jeans from Cycle Gear, and I am extremely happy with the products and service. I'll be back as my gear needs grow and change.

"I purchased a Bluetooth attachment online for my helmet. After I received it the fastening clip broke so I took it back to the store. They informed me that I had to exchange with the manufacturer. They would not take it back. The manufacturer is in Germany so we know how long that would take! I contacted the manufacturer via email. They advised me to return it to the store and that they had no problem exchanging the broken unit with the store. I have yet to take it back for fear that they will not honor the exchange."
